The Charm City Kitty Club
The Charm City Kitty Club, Baltimore’s premiere queer cabaret, presents Cliterature, a queerly quixotic homage to the written word. Featuring a variety of standout local and regional performers in a range of disciplines from movement to music and more, Cliterature re-imagines beloved tropes from Sappho to Shakespeare and from noir to sci-fi.
Featured performers include:
Almah LaVon Rice, Afro-surrealist scribe
Rose Vineshank, Absurdist stand-up comedian
Heather Prescott, Soultry eclectic vocalist
Tatiana Nya Ford, Carefully-crafted performance piece
and
Madeleine Madison McFierceson, Drag queen extraordinaire
Doors, cocktails, and mingling at 7pm, show at 8pm, length is roughly two hours with a short intermission.
Tickets are $15, or $10 for students and EBT recipients. General seating.
There will be ASL interpretation for Saturday night’s show, with reserved seating near the interpreters for those who need it.
